The Chatbot Logs is a feature that allows you to keep a record of all your conversations in the chat.

When you switch on “Save Logs” from the Admin panel, the functionality will start to work. After that, whenever your visitors write something in the chatbot, AI Bud will save this conversation to the database. Every conversation will be saved separately and then you will be able to access all the logs.

When you click the “LOGS” button, it directs you to the visitor chatbot history page.

Upon entering the Logs page, you will be presented with a dashboard curating various data points belonging to your interactions within the chatbot, offering insightful analysis of your conversations.

Let’s review them;

ID: It shows the unique number allocated to each log.

Page: This column indicates the specific page or post where the form was embedded and used.

Date: This serves as a chronological guide, offering a timestamp for each instance the form was utilized, enabling precise tracking of its activity.

Actions: In this column, you will find ‘eye’ and ‘trash’ icons; the eye icon shows you your chat details, and the trash icon allows you to delete your chosen chat history.

Chat Details #

In the actions column, when you click the “eye” icon, a new ‘Chat Detail’ window will be open. You can follow all conversations from this area just as written on the AI Bud WP Chat window.

CSV Export #

In addition to other features, The Logs also provides you “CSV” format. When you click the “CSV” button, which is in the top left corner of the chatbot page, you will export the all recorded chatbot archives as an Excel document.

When you export the documents and open the file, you will see an Excel file like the example above. You will find all conversations in detail, grouped by page, date and chat content.
